This is how you can contribute
- Manage the minerals and trace elements analysis laboratory, carrying out routine analyses independently
- Participate in the development of new analytical methods or the optimization of existing methods
- Perform tasks related to the quality assurance system (QMS, ISO 17025) and monitoring of laboratory equipment
- Co-responsible for apprentice training (selection of apprentices, practical work, assistance with theory, etc.)
- Write procedures for use of laboratory equipment and analytical protocols
This makes you unique
- CFC in chemistry with several years' experience
- Proficiency in techniques such as ICP-OES and ICP-MS
- Ability to work in an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory
- Flexible, able to work in a team, used to working independently, meticulous and precise
- Knowledge of two official Swiss languages and a very good command of written and spoken English

The 'Feed Chemistry' Research Group provides analytical support for Agroscope research projects and for the Official Inspection of Feed (legal tasks). The Group analyses and develops methods for maintaining effective, cutting-edge analysis responding to the needs of agronomic research. The laboratories are ISO 17025-accredited. The Group trains apprentice chemistry laboratory technicians.
